Chevy Chrome Grille Black Inserts 88-98 C/K

We ordered 1 - Chevy Chrome Grille with Black Inserts 88-98 C/K Order # 1165 on 11/13/23 and received a delivery on 11/18/23 of the wrong package. The package we received is for a smaller vehicle (Honda) and not for a full-size truck. We sent 2 emails with an image of the wrong part on 11/20/23 to request a return and both emails were rejected by the email server. We then submitted 2 website forms on your website explaining what happened and to request that someone call us back. We never received a call back. We would like to receive a call from someone and have the part returned to receive a refund. We would appreciate it very much if we could resolve this issue. We can be contacted at [****] or [****].
